Super simple, super accommodating, and had my car back to me that day. I had asked for a last minute oil change and they fit it in that same day. Would/will use again.

I have used Shepherd Automotive for many years and the experience has always been excellent. The technology that is packed into modern cars makes it even more challenging to maintain the vehicle on my own. I avoid dealers at all costs. That said, its imperative to find a repair facility that can out perform the dealerships...Shepherd Automotive is my "go-to" for all repairs that are beyond my abilities .

Coming from someone who doesn’t know much about cars and is then understandably hesitant to go anywhere…please trust Shepherd Automotive! It was fair pricing, Ryan went over everything that they suggested to do and I signed off on what I could afford to do then. I have yet to see any issues with my car. Granted, I didn’t have anything major done. If the need ever did arise, I will come back. I feel safe and respected coming into Shepherd!
