Google review 11/2/2022I have a 2016 Honda Pilot that was due for 100k maintenance. I had taken it to the dealership prior but didn't want to use them anymore. Got tired of them trying to upsell everytime I took my car in. Shepherd had been recommended to us, and we won't be going to anyone else from now on. They are so respectful and honest. They were also really prompt with communication and getting us scheduled. They laid out everything that needed to be done and let us know that we could even wait on a few things if we wanted to break it up. Highly recommend!

( It was my computer modules on my 2012 Kia optima hybrid) I had taken it to the Kia dealership several times and they didn't seem to know what the problem was. I'm so thankful I found y'all on Google. I brought my car so y'all could flush my transmission and I am very pleased of the work you have done on my vehicle so I will definitely bring my car back to you.
