I used Shepherds Automotive for the first time yesterday and was extremely pleased with the outcome. My vehicle was repaired the same day. I usually go to the dealer so that I can have shuttle service or a loaner car, but Shepherds provided me shuttle home with no questions asked. Thank you Guy and the team for your professionalism and hard work.

Great job on my BG oil change!

I got my vehicle back yesterday after they replaced the fuel pump. I am super happy with the service! They are friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a very clearly written estimate. They told me up front what the cost would be down to the penny and that's how much it cost. The work was done in a timely manner. They have a clean shop and greet you with a smile! I will begin using them for all of my auto maintenance and repairs!

Great service! They made sure I understood what happened without leaving any details out. Also, I couldn't find a ride when my car was first put in the shop and they drove me home. Not many places I know do that.

Guy is incredible! Had a great chat with him and thrilled to bring my Vehicle to him for service soon!

Chris and Guy were top notch professionals and have so much knowledge. They took half a day to diagnose my problem that took 2 other shops 2 weeks. I will keep coming back from here on out. Very clean shop and honest!!!

I discovered Guy Shepherd's place about 10 years ago when I bought a tank of gas that had some diesel in it. After they drained the tank at a Dodge dealership, the service manager recommended burning a can of BG fuel system cleaner to clean the system. Shepherd Automotive offers BG products, so I went there. From my first meeting with Guy, I had him figured for an honest man, and I've never had any reason to doubt my initial impression. I've been taking all my vehicles there for routine maintenance and repairs, including several sets of new tires, for the last 10 years. I've always been treated very well. I've referred a number of people I work with to Shepherd Automotive, and without fail, they share my conclusions. You will not find a better shop.

Great service by a local owner biz.

I've brought my 2013 Nissan Armada to Shepherd at least 4 times now. They excel in everything from run of the mill oil changes to brakes to complex mechanical service. Honest mechanics are hard to come by nowadays, but Chris and Guy are transparent and straightforward. They will respect your time if you decide to wait during service, and have a comfortable waiting area with free wifi. I highly recommend Shepherd Auto for everything from routine maintenance to diagnostics and complex repair.
