Guy works so hard to make us happy, we have taken 4 different cars to him over the years and highly recommend. Had a situation once where there was some concern about the repair and the guys at Shepherd picked up a spare key from my home and went to the parking lot I left the car (I was out of town for a few days) got the car, fixed the issue a second time and returned the car to the lot in time for me to get it when I got back in town. PHENOMENAL - I didn't ask them to do that, they came up with this solution on their own. #HIGHLYRECOMMEND
