Great service & great people. They had my car up and running in no time & they even offered me a free ride so I didn’t have to call an Uber!

Have been using them for 6 years and with 3 different cars. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. If you need repairs they tell you. They are honest and trustworthy. Sometimes it takes them longer to do a repair but it is because they always have a ton of business. The owner Guy Shepherd is very down to earth and pleasant.

Chris was so helpful after I took my van to get fixed where I shouldn't have and looked my van over at know charge. To see if what I had fixed at another car repair shop was in fact repaired. What great and caring customer service.! I have never come across such a group of honest and customer driven people in my life. Shepherd Automotive is "The Most Honest" automotive repair shop that I have ever dealt with. At Shepherd Automotive there is no price gouging, just honest and fair repair cost. Shepherd Automotive goes above and beyond to service their customers, which in turn makes you want to continue doing business with them. A little over 3 years ago, I was introduced to Shepherd Automotive and they now have a customer for life. My gratitude to the Shepherp Automotive family is "To the Moon and Back".
